ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A $125 deposit is required to reserve and balance due must be in the office by November 1st. It is non-transferable. A late fee of $50 per month if not paid on time.
No deposit refunds after Aug 1st, and refunds for cancellations will not be sent out until after October 15th. Deposits will be applied to your reservation total.
All RVs must be self-contained. Maximum length of units on RV lots is 42 feet. RV residents staying more than 6 months will pay the yearly rates. If you leave your rig yearly, but you stay only 6 months or less – you will be charged the 6+6 fee.
All rates are payable in advance. Rates include one unit and 2 people per site. No double parking of camping vehicles on a single lot. All guests have to follow same rules as all residents. Guests have to sign release to use pool and hot tub.
